The renovated facility, which represents a $5 million investment, enables production of up to 150 cabinets per day, with a growing team of 10–15 skilled professionals working alongside advanced automation. Local hiring efforts have already brought several new jobs to the Dedham community, and the company is exploring partnerships with area vocational programs to train the next generation of cabinetmakers.
