Residences at the Intercontinental

High above Boston’s waterfront, the Residences at the InterContinental are some of the city’s most recognizable luxury homes. The 130 condominiums occupy the upper floors of the InterContinental Boston at 500 Atlantic Avenue, overlooking Boston Harbor and the Rose Kennedy Greenway. When the tower opened in 2006, Rosario was chosen to supply custom cabinetry for these residences, which range from studios to penthouses of nearly 5,000 square feet. Nearly two decades later, it’s still one of the projects we’re proudest of, and it shows the craftsmanship our Dedham shop has brought to New England homes since 1978.
